I was just at a lecture where General Heuboldt (sp?), a 3-star in the
pentagon, mentioned that the latest V22 Osprey failure was "due to software
sending an incorrect signal to the hydraulics".  He had no more details.

Since the V22 was, at least at one time, programmed in Ada, I am most
curious to track down the source of this failure and whether it occurred
within code programmed in Ada.

Does anyone on this list have more details?
