The one "already in the works" is my GNavi development enviornment that is
more of a Delphi clone than a GUI Builder.

Yes, but Delphi 6 is not GPL and any one who may share my experience with
dealing with Borland's support paying developers knows that a GPL
alternative is very attractive.
