I have just finished reading
"the cathedral and the bazaar",eric s. raymond,oreilly,1-56592-724-9
and I strongly recommend it ...
especially for the upper management of Aonix for ObjectAda,
line by line, from the front cover to the back cover,
if it is not too late.
