One of AverStar's largest clients is NASA. We are NASA's
primary "IV&V" contractors. We also have a rather large
presence at JPL.

What is prompting the flame? Because they failed, or because
of some other reason? Although I don't know any of the details,
failure in a space flight is not necessarily always the result
of stupidity or sloth. Space flight is still a giant experiment,
where some amount of failure is inevitable.
