Last time I wrote an article on Boeing's Ada work I had to do so
entirely without Boeing's help. I believe it was for the 777, for which
I used compilers vendors' knowledge and others' articles. Boeing's
corporate culture now is that, if I am writing an article, I must go
through PR. They have never heard of "Ada," wouldn't know an "Ada
software technical lead" if she danced the mambo on their desk top,
etc., so why bother returning my phone call asking to talk to one,
right? If anyone out there can find me a name and a number to of
someone who will actually be allowed to talk to me, I'd be more than
happy to write this up. The name in the article is Bruce Ammerman; I
didn't find an email address (also perfectly legit
thing to send to me) on him on the Web.
