Hi, Everyone,

I thought I'd call this to your attention: Dave Cook wrote an
excellent article in the latest issue of Crosstalk entitled "Confusing
Process and Product: Why the Quality is not There Yet." The URL to
his article is:
  http://stsc.hill.af.mil/CrossTalk/1999/jul/cook.asp

You will find more of Dave's good work as a member of the Ada and
Software Engineering Education Team on the May 1999 ASE Update 1
CDROM and Websites. He contributed 12 courses to it
on systems engineering, requirements, risk management, and others.
