Juan --

To answer the original question, I don't have experience with these
compilers, but we have thought about using Ada for the PowerPC to recompile
an existing GPS application -- ironically enough, the GPS group at JPL we
were working with insisted on C++ and their own homebrewed RTOS. However,
I did learn the following vendors support PowerPC and VxWorks:

Green Hills
OC Systems
Rational (Solaris host only, and pricy!)

Aonix is also supporting the PowerPC, but doesn't have details on their web
page -- they say call them if you are interested.

For more information and contacts, go to
http://www.adahome.com/Resources/Compilers/Vendors.html and take a look.
