of GW because we haven't got it working yet on the ACM server.
(Glitches with Ada-CGI and their Linux setup there...).

All current postings (through 11/30) are now OK. New ones
will be accepted but links to them may be broken for a day or two.
We will have the software fixed this week.

Rush put us onto the broken-link problem yesterday; it's an
easy fix. Our input module is putting the files in the old
location rather than the new. As a quick fix we are moving
the files manually.
