Yup, there is a [log in to unmask] mailing-list, that can be used for:

  - reading comp.lang.ada through mail (you will receive one mail per post)
  - reading comp.lang.ada as a digest (you will receive one mail per day
    or when there is enough to read)
  - writing into comp.lang.ada using this list (you just reply to a post that
    you received by mail, and it will be posted on the newsgroup)
