Why not? It's a great idea--invent a new language, keep it a deep secret
so no one has an advantage, then for the AP test, hand them a New Language
Reference Manual (NLRM) and a requirements list. Anybody that implements
two of the requirements passes. Anybody that implements three gets a
certified hacker genius certificate.
(Oh, I forgot to mention, New Language must not resemble any existing
language in any way.)
