The Jersey Shore SIGAda, the North Jersey SPIN, and the Monmouth
University Department of Software Engineering invite you and your
colleagues to special presentations by Watts Humphrey, a Fellow at the
Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University.  He is
world famous for his work on the software capability model (CMM).  His
career has included
27 years at IBM in various technical and management positions, plus
distinction as an author of six books including "Managing Technical
People" and recently "Introduction to the Personal Software Process."

Mr. Humphrey will discuss his insights on the Personal Software Process
and the Team Software Process.

DIRECTIONS to Gibbs Hall from the GSP:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 105 (Eatontown) onto Route 36
East-bound.  Take first jughandle left onto Hope Road.  At the 3rd
light (end of the golf course), turn Right onto Tinton Avenue.  Gibbs
Hall is in the middle of the golf course on Tinton Avenue. (See area
map on SIGAda web page.)

DIRECTIONS to MU from the GSP:
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 105 (Eatontown) onto Route 36
East-bound.  Continue East on Rt. 36 (past Monmouth Mall) for a total
of approx. 3 miles to Rt. 71 (just past the MacIntosh Inn, and the Audi
Porshe Dealer on right).  Turn right (South) on Rt. 71, and go approx.
0.8 miles South on Rt. 71 to Wall St.  Cross Wall St. and proceed South
another 0.1 - 0.2 miles to Amoco gasoline Station, and bear to the left
onto Cedar Ave.  Go approx. 0.5 mile East on Cedar Ave, until Larchwood
Ave.  Turn right on Larchwood Ave. and go South approx. 0.4 miles to
Entrance on left.  Turn left (East) into Monmouth Univ. and drive about
0.3 miles East to Main Parking Lot.  Once you park, go past the student
center and the Mansion to the Commons and Faculty Club.  The Reception
