  Is that a thin library, in the sense it just lets you make calls,
instead of Text_IO, to insert <xxx> things, or is it thick in the
sense that you describe a page and send its parts?  For instance, to
write a table, do you make calls for each <TD>, <LI>, etc, or do you
make a single call to "write table" and pass it an array of cells?
