Then why all what we hear about C  weak points is what a bad syntax it has,
and how much more readable Ada is?

offcourse syntax is important. And semantics are important too. you need clear
synatx to express what you mean. 

defining an object using a record synatx for example, as in Ada, is an example
of wrong synatx for the semantics at hand.

so both need to be clear and work togother :)
