Have you visited http://www.AdaPower.com ?

Great efforts are made to incorporate as many other
people in to AdaPower as possible and just about every
single article is either Public Domain or GPL'd.

I have even gone as far (and continue to do so) to
offer free services not just for any public/gpl'd type
project, but even for commercial projects just to give
Ada more push.

If you have ideas of how to improve/get involved on
AdaPower or are looking to start your own site, I
would be happy to help.
