     Used to be that the majority of attendees at SIGAda meetings were in
this category.  This changed with the first Tri-Ada, as there was a
consious attempt to attract software managers and to have tutorials and
sessions so tailored. But I suspect that most of the readers of this list
qualify.  It is like spoken languages, after the fifth or sixth, learning
another is relatively easy.
