While searching the web for some metrics info, the search engine
brought "Crosstalk:  The Journal of Defense Software Engineering"
to my attention.  And lo and behold, the December 1997 issue is
focused on "Going to Battle With Ada".  I just started looking
it over, recognizing that many of the authors are well-known
in the Ada community.
