I am not familiar with the concept of "Delegation", but I have done a lot
of the latter.  I even gave an ACM lecture on it for several years, and
developed a PDS including a lot of such material.

That material is very old and "buried" somewhere in my garage.  If you do
not receive sufficient inputs from others, let me know, and I'll start
digging around.
