I agree in some respects, but...

If you are looking for Ada contracts, there is www.jobserve.com (as I have
already mentioned)
there ada entries are quite a few, (probably not on your side of the pond),
mostly in the UK.

If word gets out that Ada related jobs can be posted here however you might
decide otherwise ;-)

There used to be a job posting on "Ada Home of The Brave" but the last time
I looked there things
were well past their sell by date. But such a mechanism would be better for
jobs.
