Here is a page with links to with YACC and LEX files
for Ada 95.

Note that the BNF referenced by Michael Feldman
is based on the reference manual, and is not directly
usable in a LALR parser generator because of that -- the
RM grammar is designed for human consumption, not parser
generators, and depends on name resolution to resolve
