European projects disseminating SPI experience and ESSI Process Improvement Experiments (PIE) are encouraged to participate. Associated Events ----------------- In conjuction with this conference there will be a mini-seminars and workshop day dealing with practical issues of Software Process Improvement. EuroSPI Partnership ------------------- The EuroSPI partnership was formed in 1998 to continue with the conference series and training actions previously organised in partnership with ISCN, ESI, and SP. EuroSPI is a consortium of Sintef (Norway), IVF (Sweden), Delta (Denmark), STTF (Finland), DERA (UK), ASQF (Germany), and ISCN (Ireland and Austria). It bases on a defined model for conference organisation, standards for conference performance, and standard types of agreements. It is EuroSPI's policy to grow over the years into an organisation with one representative per European country and with a conference series securely managed at least until 2012. EuroSPI is already well planned in advance with EuroSPI 2001 in Oslo, EuroSPI 2002 in Nuernberg in Germany, and EuroSPI 2003 in the UK.
