Further to Bill Taylor's message, I thought it might help to send you some
more details.

The easiest way to pay is by Visa or MasterCard. As the exchange rate seems
to be about 1.4 at the moment, 35 UK pounds is about 50 US dollars,
including
shipping at surface rate.

The book can be sent by airmail, but will incur an additional charge which I
estimate to be about 7.61 UK pounds (approximately 10.65 US dollars) for
postage.

If you decide to order a copy of the Yearbook, please provide the following
details:
a) Name
b) Delivery address
c) Visa or MasterCard number
d) Expiry date
e) Name on the card
f) Address as given to the card company (if different from the delivery
address)
g) Method of delivery - either surface or airmail (the latter will incur the
extra charge described above).

For security reasons, it is best if you fax me these details.   The Ada UK
