Now FREE Exhibits, Reception, and Gala Show!!!

Please plan to attend the ACM SIGAda 2000 Conference from 12-16 November 2000 at the Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland. This is an excellent conference for those working with real-time distributed applications having high integrity requirements. If you are, this is a conference you really need to attend. Highlights are summarized in the Advance Program, See

Free Exhibits, Reception, and Gala Show

Please note that not only do we have an excellent conference program, but also the Exhibits, Reception, and Gala Show are free. All exhibits are located at the Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory Kossiakoff Conference Center in Laurel, Maryland. Exhibition hours are:

  • Tuesday, November 14 from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, November 15 from 10:15 AM to 4:15 PM

The Reception starts at 6:30 PM. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet and network with some of the key people in the software engineering world. The Reception includes a buffet followed by the Gala Show, "Further Adventures of Lady Ada," at approximately 8:00 PM. This highly entertaining Gilbert & Sullivan parody is sponsored by Ada Core Technologies and produced by Maestro Robert Dewar and fellow teacher, compiler, writer, lyricist, and accompanist, Ed Schonberg. This production is always a surprise, ranging from a full theatrical production with an interesting Ada-centric script to wonderful collection of operatic melodies. Always with high quality singing talent peppered with light humor, these productions are designed to be enjoyed by all, whether an Ada aficionado or a software illiterate. This is truly something you will not want to miss.

You are encouraged to come early on Tuesday afternoon to see the exhibits and then participate in the buffet and Gala Show. Both are free - The buffet reception is sponsored by Ada Core Technologies, Ada Resource Association, AdaStat, Aonix, DDC-I, OC Systems, Rational, and Top Graph. The Gala Show is sponsored by Ada Core Technologies.

Please register for the Reception/Gala Show to help us ensure plenty of everything. Registration is available through the SIGAda 2000 Conference Home Page =>
