Scope of the journal
--------------------

The International Journal of Web Engineering and Technology (IJWET) is a

refereed international journal providing a forum and an authoritative
source
of information in the fields of Web Engineering and Web technology.

IJWET is devoted to innovative research in the analysis, design,
development, use, evaluation, and teaching of Web-based systems,
applications, sites, and technologies. It provides an interdisciplinary
forum
for the exchange of ideas concerning theoretical, technical, practical,
social, and pedagogical issues. IJWET aims to publish research of the
highest
quality and significance.

Web Engineering focuses on the evolution of the software engineering
process
and dedicated technologies, methods, and models for web applications. It

concerns all aspects from conception, analysis, and design to
implementation,
performance evaluation, and continued maintenance.

IJWET publishes original papers, case studies, technical reports,
conference
reports, educational approaches, book reviews, commentaries, and news
items.
All papers, case studies, and educational approaches will undergo a
rigorous
peer review process.

Papers are invited on any of the above topics. Authors must state that
their
papers have neither been published before nor currently submitted
elsewhere.
Full papers should not be longer than 20 pages single spaced pages,
including tables and figures.

Submission of papers
--------------------

Please submit your manuscript with a cover letter/e-mail using the
following
guidelines:

1. The cover page should contain: the paper title, and the name,
affiliation, address, phone number, fax number, and email of each
author;
which subject/theme of the journal the subject fits; why the material is

important in this field and why it should be published in this journal.

2. The second page should start with the paper title at the top and
immediately followed by the abstract of 100-150 words, including
keyword.
Except on the cover page, the author's names and affiliation MUST NOT
appear
in the manuscript. The abstract should clearly summaries the objectives
and
content of the manuscript.

3. Nomination of up to four recognised experts who would be considered
to review the submission.  Please state name, address and e-mail address
of
these proposed reviewers and your relationship with each of them. The
fact
that the manuscript contains original unpublished work, and is not being

submitted for publishing elsewhere. Inappropriate submissions will be
returned to authors.

4. Manuscripts with cover letter should be submitted electronically in
Word format to the editor

Review process
--------------

Each paper submitted to Inderscience Enterprise Limited is subject to
the
following review procedures:
1. It is reviewed by the editor for general suitability for this
publication.
2. If it is judged suitable, two or three reviewers are selected and a
double-blind review process takes place.
3. Based on the recommendation of the reviews, the editor then decides
whether the particular article should be accepted as-is, revised, or
rejected.
