the following is pertinent only for European Union and affiliated nations
(e.g. Switzerland, Israel) because of funding regulations.

We are currently putting together a consortium for a submission to the
European Union's 6th framework program in the are of secure mobile
applications with significant portions of the systems to be developed in
Ada (for reasons of high assurance / reliability). While the core of the
consortium is already established, I would particularly welcome small and
medium enterprise participants, but would also invite research/university
participation.
