The Final Edition will be indexed by all major databases and the proceedings will be published in both, printed book/ISBN form as well as online (Open access Journal with ISSN). Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers by uploading their papers at the submission web site at: http://www.ariespub.com Submissions must be uploaded by **July 15, 2011** ETA and they must be in either MS .doc/.docx formats (about 8 to 12 IEEE formatted pages - single space, Two column, Times Roman font size of 11).
