Dear HCI folks who are interested in promoting HCI in developing worlds:

In order to better support HCI in the developing worlds, ACM SIGCHI 
announced recently clarification and expanded guidance on appropriate 
proposals for the SIGCHI Development Fund. Please have a look at the SIGCHI 
Guideline for Supporting HCI in Developing Worlds that was just published at 
http://www.sigchi.org/news/amendment-to-acm-sigchi-development-fund-policy . 
We would be happy to discuss with you on any ideas in your efforts in 
maturing HCI communities in this part of the world.
