The SOUPS Steering Committee has decided to locate SOUPS 2022 in Europe. We
are now seeking letters of interest for those wanting to host in order to
determine a location and venue.

Letters should include the following:
-location, including airports and travel from airport to venue
-possible dates for the conference (mid July through mid August)
-brief description of the conference venue, including:
     -number of rooms, and their capacity (remember we hold multiple
workshops on the first day)
     -potential capacity for breaks, posters session, meals, etc.
     -presentation/multimedia support - wifi, projectors, mics, etc.
     -rough estimates of costs for reserving and utilizing the venue
-brief description of potential lodging, including hotels in the area and
any other possibilities (such as potential to use dorms, etc.)
-potential local/regional interest (both academic and industrial) in
attending SOUPS
-name(s) of local hosts who are willing to help organize as local
arrangements chairs

Letters or questions should be emailed to the SOUPS general chairs at
[log in to unmask] by *January 31* for full consideration. The
Steering Committee will meet to discuss and choose finalists, and solicit
additional details.
