I forwarded the response that I received today regarding the EOI for womENcourage from Africa. I am away for two days on a mountain ;-) so cell and internet is patchy.
As covid was cited as the reason for the delay and they are very hard hit, I suggest allowing some time but I understandthatwe are far into the review with the other application. I'm not sure that they will be able to provide sufficient information on time but we might want to give them a chance.
You can decide if you want to hold off the final decision until 19th when we receive the full proposal or do you simply want to proceed.
