I love the logo. It is great to have it already. Please note that the lettering for womENcourage must be lower case except for the letters EN which should be uppercase.

We would be grateful if ACM-W could share Approval forms from previous years to help us prepare ours for your consideration. We would be glad with Ruth’s helping hand on this if needed.
Hybrid conference form
This year's womENcourage 2021 will adopt a hybrid in-person&virtual form with the program being a combination of in-person sessions streamed online with some fully virtual sessions to be more inclusive towards the virtual attendees who cannot be on site with us. All keynotes, tech talks, panels, workshops and tutorials will be recorded (unless the speaker prefers otherwise) and available to those participants who chose a different parallel session.
We are pleased to share with you the womENcourage logo 2021. We can tell you more about it at our next meeting.
Our Publicity Chair Marek Sedlák is now in contact with the former chair Alexandra Cristina Dediu. Alexandra has created the 2021 instance of the website and will provide Marek with credentials on their call this week. We have created the website structure in the meantime to speed up the process once the technicalities are done.
Our Program Chair Dita Formánková has started working at a program at glance for all three days. The program’s structure is designed so that main sessions will run parallel to the interactive sessions to make it most intriguing. You can check out the working version here.
Our supporters Chairs Lucie Jurystova and Jana Meszarosova have been promptly researching for the conference supporters via various sources. They will contact Bev as their Senior Advisor regarding further work on this. They will also involve Emily Salkey from College Relations Google in discussions about support for the conference and both me and Bara will attend the call.
We would be thankful if you could share a sample budget with us so that we can compare it with current one for the womENcourage 2021.
