Welcome to our first newsletter for 2021 - We have a great announcement!

ITNAC 2021 will occur at UNSW in Sydney between 24-26 November 2021 as a hybrid conference. Come along and join us in Randwick.

This is a great opportunity to meet colleagues in person and to publish a paper - encourage your students to prepare a paper and to take advantage of the sponsored registrations available.

The ITNAC committee is committed to running the conference and to providing an opportunity for our community to publish papers at this difficult time.

If you need assistance or advice on how to get involved contact the committee.

IEEE technically co-sponsored ITNAC 2021 now a Hybrid Conference with reduced registration fee

ITNAC remains the leading annual telecommunications and networking conference in Australia with the lowest registration fee and 10+ student registration assistance grants.

ITNAC 2021 goes hybrid! Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions some of the sessions will be online. All accepted papers will be presented following the new IEEE guidelines for a hybrid conference.

Technical co-sponsorship from IEEE Computer Society. Two major sponsors in 2021!

Encourage your students to signup for the newsletter and to submit papers to the 31st ITNAC 2021.

Join us for the celebration - it is our 31st conference in the series stretching back to the 1970s and the first technical forums.

At ITNAC 2021 conference attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a workshop on Contrail/Tungsten. Workshop participants have the chance to get some hands on time with a Contrail/Tungsten cluster. Talk with the research team at RMIT working on Cloud core and Multi-Access Edge Computing.
Spread the word in Sydney

Are you an academic or student in Sydney? Spread the word to your colleagues that ITNAC 2021 is in your back yard and this is a great opportunity to meet colleagues and friends whilst presenting a paper.

ITNAC 2021 will again have a fantastic walk along the coast with coffee and cake (remember 2018?) followed by our conference dinner overlooking the Coogee Beach. This is a real highlight and a great reason why you should get involved.
Call for Papers

As is our practice the Call for Papers is available at the ITNAC website and you can submit your paper through EDAS.info.

Volunteers

On behalf of the committee and our volunteer marketing chair Dr Khandakar Ahmed we will look forward to providing you with information throughout the year, and to respond to your feedback. If you would like to get involved and volunteer for one of the committee roles, email the committee.

Stay safe

We anticipate a great conference and an opportunity to talk about what will be a difficult year for many.

On behalf of the committee, we would like to wish you all well at this difficult time.
