The Call for Nominations for the 2022 Jean-Claude Laprie Award is open. Please re-distribute widely!
The award seeks to recognize papers published at least 10 years prior to the award year (2012 or before), which have had a significant impact in one or more of the three following categories: Technical/scientific research; Industrial/commercial
product; Broad impact on the dependable computing state of the art.
• Nominations must be submitted no later than December 17th, 2021 by e-mail to the IFIP Chair ([log in to unmask]).
• The instructions are attached to this message. Feel free to forward widely and often.
Nominations may be made by any person who is familiar with the author's or authors' published work. Consider nominating one or more papers yourself. If you have nominated papers in former years which you believe merit consideration, please think
of re-nominating them.
If you plan to nominate a paper:
- Please consider starting now, there is a modest amount of work that is involved in the nomination and it may benefit from avoiding a last-minute effort.

also find all the past winners and a call for this year’s award. These papers are not eligible for nomination.
About the award:
The award seeks to recognize the seminal and excellent research work that has shaped dependable computing in the broadest sense. The award is named after Jean-Claude Laprie, who was one of the founding leaders of the field.
