(1)    Overview

The International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Computing, Applications and Technologies (PDCAT) is a major forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners throughout the world to present the latest research, results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of parallel and distributed computing. Started in Hong Kong in 2000, PDCAT 2023 will be held in Jeju, Korea, after 23 years of success in countries/regions including Taiwan, Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand across Asia-Oceania.

(3) Submission Guidelines

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results and experience are solicited. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Papers must be written in English and submitted electronically as a PDF/Word file at http://kips-cswrg.org/pdcat2023/. Submissions should be made in IEEE conference proceedings format, and must not exceed 6 pages in length. Conference proceedings is planned to be published by IEEE Computer Society.

- Please DO NOT repeatedly create new paper id with an identical paper in our editorial system. When more than two identical papers are submitted in the editorial system, the papers will be rejected without review process. If any problems, please contact to a leading program chair.

- In case of more than two withdrawals of accepted papers, the author will be placed on a blacklist in our DB. We will NOT allow your submission to Confs., SIs, and events.

All attendees at PDCAT 2023 should make the registration. One author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid until Registration Due Date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings and it cannot be recommended to the journal special issues. The following registration rules are applied to the PDCAT 2023. All inquiries concerning registration and payment should be addressed to the general chair of PDCAT 2023 ([log in to unmask]).
