Dear Colleagues,

 

We are pleased to invite you to submit original contributions (Full Papers/Short Papers/Posters/Demos/Use-Cases) to ISNCC 2023, which will be held at Doha, the best performing city in Qatar.

 

The conference will be held from October 23rd-26th 2023 (www.isncc-conf.org), and organized by the College of Science & Engineering Hamad Bin Khalifa University.

 

ISNCC is a consolidated international scientific event that this year celebrates the 10th anniversary. 

Sponsored by IEEE, NASA, ESA, it offers distinguished keynote speakers and 15 technical tracks.
All accepted papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore, DBLP and Thomson Reuters.

Full papers should describe novel research contributions with evaluation results and are limited to eight (8) printed pages (including two additional extra pages).

 Short papers, limited in length to four (4) pages, should be more visionary in nature and are meant to discuss new challenges and visions, showcase early research results, and explore novel research directions.
