Hi, 

The 5 registrations was counting people from SC and ACM-WE committee, after knowing who would be attending the conference.

It seems that from SC would be Bev, Paloma, and me, and from ACM-WE would be Dorota and Rukiye.

The problem is that the budget doesn’t include the usual 5000 euros to cover the expenses of the SC (3 members?). This is the point to be discussed.

An additional information: 1000 euros probably will not cover accommodation and travel from Spain.

I will read the minutes of the meeting later on.

Palomai, the thing about the budget, SC expenses are taken from the womENcourage budget, so we have an item there for SC. On the womENcourage 2023 budget file, they put 5 (D4) without including any costs. The budget for each SC member should cover travel, accommodation, and daily expenses (lunch, dinner, or additional costs related to the event). We used to have 1000 Euros for each person, which makes it 5000 Euros. I don't know if 1000 Euros will cover all. This should be checked and added to the budget. 

I believe Bev knows that better.

Can you also mention the Poster Template?

I am attaching it here for you. It's PowerPoint, so they can easily change the headings and paragraph placements. However, the design should look like that. They should not change the title and bottom parts (logos).
