Having attended the briefing, I'm 100% with Hal.

In fact, I'm tempted to recommend that the briefing slides not be
on the CD. These things take on a life of their own, and will, if
they are on the CD and widely distributed, continue to be passed
around (selectively, of course) long after they are relevant.

Those slides are nothing but a _summary_ of a committee report with some
_recommendations._  For us in the Ada community, the relevant documents
would be DoD's policy documents that flow from this report.

I oppose doing anything to encourage wide dissemination of the slides.
_If_ NRC puts the _full_ report on the web, as they promised to do
but (AFAIK) have not done yet, we could consider putting _it_ on the
CD - at least it's an original document, not just a briefing summary!
