The main PAL site at
  http://wuarchive.wustl.edu/languages/ada/pal.html

seems to be back online.  The full system file restoration is still
taking place (we are up to 68% now, on our way to 97%), but it looks
like the system restore has passed the PAL part.

Again, if you run into any problems, just use the CDROM site for
now:
  http://www.cdrom.com/pub/ada/pal.html
