The intention is to provide an opportunity for discussion about the issues and topics that were raised during the workshop. We have, therefore, organised a day on Arran - a small Island off the West Coast of Scotland. Depending on the level of demand, we can arrange strenuous walks (up Goat Fell), light walks, mountain biking, cycle tours and a vi sit to Brodick Castle, Robert the Bruce's refuge on his passage to Ireland. A malt whisky distillery has also recently opened on Arran and tours can be arranged. This meeting is jointly organised by the Glasgow Interactive Systems Group, the British HCI group and the BCS Information Retrieval Special Interest Group.
