Who says Ada isn't handy for rapid prototyping? This is a view I hear all over
the place. The only reason it isn't handy is the lack of an installed compiler.
I believe someone recently mentioned a push to get GNAT bundled with Linux, if
that was extended to ensure that all Unix distributions were bundled with the
public version of GNAT, the view that Ada is inconvenient for knocking up a
quick app could be got rid of once and for all.
